The assignment was to develop a training to primarily support union representatives in organizations affiliated with TRS. The aim was to convey how the union representatives can concretely support members in connection with dismissal, and what the representative should keep in mind in the dialogue with the employer.
The result was a digital education with a lot of interactivity where a filmed expert guides and explains complex steps. The films are interspersed with reflection exercises and customer-friendly cases where the user can practice their skills.
